Most recently as Chief Operating Officer of Dreamscape Marketing, he was instrumental in establishing functional and efficient operations for this ever-growing marketing agency which experienced a 300% increase in growth in less than 12 months. Leading production and creative departments as well as client services, he and his team were able to produce 80+ website projects with fully integrated online marketing campaigns in the space of two years. Graduating in 2001 from the University of Maryland Baltimore County’s Department of Visual Arts with an emphasis in Design, Wes went on to work at a multitude of creative agencies before shifting focus to marketing initiatives as Realterm Global’s Marketing Director. It is here, Wes cut his teeth merging the worlds of visual arts and business execution, directing high profile, international marketing campaigns. Under his tenure, the organization grew to a $2.5 billion worldly portfolio of assets.
