Senior Designer + Brand Strategist

Sierra is a highly driven designer passionate about all things branding and marketing. With a combined 5 years of small-shop and corporate experience, her unique background has played a key role in her desire to work for a mission-focused company that values creativity, strategy and forward-thinking design.

Before joining Contrast, Sierra played a vital role in leading and overseeing all design and in-house production for the Retail Brokerage team at CBRE in Washington, DC. Internally, she had a hand in serving notable clients such as Starbucks, CAVA, HipCityVeg and major local projects in the DMV such as Market Common Clarendon, The Wharf, The Bower and Bethesda Row. Leading up to her retail and restaurant exposure, Sierra also worked for the Internal Marketing team at Streetsense in Bethesda, MD, where she helped streamline, rebrand and build up internal materials.
